Assumption of Risks: The Leprechaun Hunt takes place on a 200-acre property where natural hazards may exist, including bees, snakes, poison ivy, poison oak, and other harmful insects, animals, or plants. Attendees enter the festival grounds at their own risk and assume all risks associated with attending the event. As with any outdoor activity, there is a risk of accidents such as tripping and falling causing injury.
Water Safety: There is no swimming allowed on the festival grounds. You understand and agree not to enter into any body of water on the premises. The SHARE Foundation is not liable for any injuries or accidents related to water activities.
Prohibited Items: Coolers are strictly prohibited on the festival grounds. All bags and belongings are subject to search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated, and the attendee may be denied entry or asked to leave the premises.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
- Weapons or any other items that could be considered weapons.
- Illegal substances and outside alcohol are prohibited.
- Glass containers are banned to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Items like fireworks, sparklers, or any explosive materials are not allowed.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Selling unauthorized merchandise or promoting unauthorized businesses without proper permissions from the festival organizers may be prohibited.
- Noise-making devices like air horns, megaphones, or excessively loud speakers may disrupt the event and are banned.
- Drones: Unless authorized by the festival organizers, drones or unmanned aerial vehicles are prohibited due to safety and privacy concerns.
- Open flame devices are prohibited due to fire hazards.
- Hoverboards, skateboards, bikes, etc. are prohibited.
- Professional audio or video recording equipment is prohibited without proper authorization due to copyright and privacy concerns.
Alcohol Policy: Alcoholic beverages will be available at designated areas within the festival grounds. Only individuals aged 21 and over are permitted to enter the beer tent and consume alcohol. Valid identification may be required upon request.
Medical Emergencies: Attendees are responsible for their own well-being and should take appropriate precautions to ensure their health and safety during the event. Medical assistance will be available onsite for emergencies, but attendees should have their own medical insurance coverage.
Liability Release: I, and on behalf of any minor accompanying me, hereby release and hold the SHARE Foundation and their employees, Boards of Directors, volunteers, sponsors and vendors of the Leprechaun Hunt harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury, damage, negligence, or liability sustained or incurred by me resulting therefrom. I specifically agree to indemnify and hold harmless the SHARE Foundation and their employees, Boards of Directors and volunteers of the Leprechaun Hunt as to any loss, cost, claim, injury, damage, liability, sustained or incurred by using the facilities or equipment at the Leprechaun Hunt which is caused by using the facilities or negligent, intentional or otherwise of the SHARE Foundation, it’s employees, Boards of Directors, and volunteers of the Leprechaun Hunt. I understand that I am responsible for all medical expenses. Reading of the above rules and purchasing a ticket constitutes my full acceptance of this waiver.
Photography and Media: By entering the festival grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. The SHARE Foundation reserves the right to use any such media without compensation or notification.
Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to harassment, violence, or vandalism, may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
Minors: Any participant under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by an adult who agrees to supervise the minor during the event and who also agrees to execute the Waiver as the supervising parent, guardian or custodian of the minor participants.
