We were delighted to add a festive event to our traditions this past December—the inaugural Christmas Bazaar at Sharing Meadows! The St. Timothy Center was transformed into a winter wonderland of cheer on Saturday, December 9th.
The Christmas Bazaar was a haven for holiday enthusiasts, presenting a delightful array of festive crafts, holiday games, a photo opportunity with Santa, and delicious soup. Adding to the festive atmosphere was the sale of handcrafted Villager items, including charming holiday crafts, jewelry, artisanal soaps, woven textiles, and skillfully crafted woodshop items. What made the experience truly special was the genuine joy of our Villagers, who took pride in personally describing and sharing the stories behind their handmade treasures. This unique interaction allowed customers to forge a deeper connection with the items, as they learned firsthand about the passion and craftsmanship poured into each creation.
Maple City Roasters delighted us with the rich and flavorful notes of their Jingle Bell Java, creating a delightful sipping experience that infused the entire day with warmth and festive cheer. Additionally, we extend gratitude to City Pure Ice for their generous donation of intricately carved ice sculptures, adding an extra layer of enchantment to the event and truly immersing everyone in the magical spirit of Christmas.
Beyond the festivities, the Christmas Bazaar holds a deeper purpose. Every purchase made at the bazaar contributed directly to the heartwarming initiatives of The SHARE Foundation, allowing us to continue making a positive impact in the lives of our Villagers and the community as a whole.
Thank you for joining in our festivities and making our inaugural event a great success!
