President & Visionary of The SHARE Foundation
Executive Director
Bill Harmon believes that his journey to SHARE was guided by divine intervention. As a recent college graduate who had left Catholic seminary, Bill felt lost and uncertain about his future. However, when he discovered the Camp Director position at SHARE Foundation, he knew in his heart it was where God was leading him. Bill was hired as Camp Director in 2016 and, in 2018, Fr. Blaney and ultimately God, asked him to step into the role of Executive Director of SHARE. Bill’s passion for service, especially for individuals with intellectual disabilities, began at a young age. At just four years old, he started forming friendships and engaging in service work with people with disabilities, experiences that shaped his desire to advocate for them. He believes that everyone, regardless of ability, is worthy of love and respect as God’s people.
Bill is immensely thankful to be a part of SHARE, an organization he finds to be one of the most organic and unique for adults with intellectual disabilities. Serving the Sharing Meadows community and carrying on Fr. Blaney’s legacy is one of the greatest honors of his life. For Bill, being a part of SHARE is not just a job; it’s a calling. He cherishes the friendships he’s made with donors, volunteers, family members, and team members, but his most treasured relationships are with the Campers and Villagers. They are the best friends he’s ever had, and he is grateful for the opportunity to serve them and drive SHARE’s mission forward, giving them the life they’ve always dreamed of.
A fun fact about Bill is his love for nature. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Jessica, hiking at the State Park in Chesterton or exploring various National Parks. Bill finds hiking a strenuous trail and being rewarded with a beautiful view to be the best way to relax.
Senior Director of Residential Operations
Rana Hannoun-Gondeck was brought to SHARE through a strong and enduring relationship with Father Blaney, who had been trying to recruit her for years to be a part of his mission. Her connection with Father Blaney and his vision eventually led her to join SHARE.
Rana is deeply thankful to be a part of SHARE, finding her work here to be fulfilling, peaceful, and productive. She takes great pride in contributing to the mission and being part of a community that makes a positive impact.
Director of Marketing & Camp Programming
Corinne DeLucenay was introduced to SHARE through Bill, captivated by the incredible initiatives benefiting their amazing friends. Her involvement with SHARE is driven by her desire to provide a place of belonging for camp friends and Villagers while experiencing Christ’s love and light through the remarkable people she serves and gets to know.
Corinne is deeply grateful for the opportunity to be a part of SHARE for many reasons. She values the sense of community and belonging it fosters and finds immense joy in serving and connecting with the wonderful individuals who make up SHARE.
A fun fact about Corinne is that her family has a village in France named Lucenay, which explains the capital “L” in her last name. Visiting Lucenay is on her bucket list, a dream she looks forward to fulfilling.
Quality of Life Director
Amanda Britt has over 20 years of professional experience in the field, driven by a lifelong passion for serving others. Her journey began in childhood, volunteering in special needs classrooms from the third grade through high school. Amanda spent her lunch hours assisting teachers, feeding students, playing games, and reading to them. Through these experiences, she learned to advocate for those who couldn’t advocate for themselves.
As a dedicated member of SHARE, Amanda is grateful to be part of an exceptional team with a common goal: providing the Villagers with the highest quality of life possible. She has witnessed SHARE’s remarkable evolution during her tenure and looks forward to its future growth. Amanda cherishes the loving and caring Villagers, considering them her “Friends,” and values the family-like atmosphere at SHARE the most.
A fun fact about Amanda is her love for animals. You might catch her chatting with the beautiful wildlife on SHARE’s picturesque rural land—an added bonus she thoroughly enjoys!

John Franz was drawn to SHARE after meeting the ambitious Bill Harmon, who inspired him with his vision for growth. John recognized that as SHARE expanded, there would be a need for a dedicated nurse to care for the villagers. When Bill reached out, John knew he couldn’t turn down the opportunity to join such an inspiring organization.
John is immensely thankful to be a part of SHARE. For him, caring for the villagers is more than a job; it’s a deeply fulfilling experience. Each day, he is welcomed with smiles and enthusiasm, making his role truly enjoyable and rewarding.
A fun fact about John is that he began his medical career on September 11, 2001. As the attacks were unfolding, he received a call from Albany EMS notifying him of his acceptance into EMT school. Since then, he has advanced from an EMT to a paramedic, and now, a registered nurse.
